A saddle maker should work with the saddle trees for years before getting any diploma. Horses do not care for titles, big names, colors and money. Horses do care for three things: well built saddle trees on their back, professionally built saddle seats and and well fitted panels. If I don't know about the saddle tree, how would I understand it on a moving horse?
Saddle making shouldn't be a fast job for fast money. If a business makes money only, that is not a good business.
